Doctor Muraki,
My name is Jacqueline.  I heard about you through a friend of mine named Zuko.  Zuko said that you have the ability to remove chips, and I was wondering if there was any way you'd be able to remove mine, and possibly a few friends of mine.  I'm not really sure what chip removal involves...but, I need to get mine out...the sooner, the better.  I'm also not sure if you require anything for the procedure...or what the procedure is at all, but you're the first person I've heard of that might be able to help us.  I would really appreciate it if you could get back to me, or if we could simply talk about what can be done.
